As a local independent pharmacy, we’re able to provide next-level service, including custom health consults, transparent medication pricing, and continuous support from your pharmacist. About Heidi Cram, Pharm.D.

Heidi Cram is a licensed pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in patient care and pharmacy leadership. A graduate of Caddo Magnet High School and the University of Louisiana at Monroe, she also completed a general practice pharmacy residency at Ochsner Main Campus in New Orleans, further strengthening her clinical expertise.

Before founding Apotheworx, Heidi served as the pharmacist-in-charge at several major grocery store chain pharmacies. Inspired by her father, a longtime pharmacist in the Shreveport-Bossier area, Heidi set out to create a modern, independent pharmacy that reflects the personalized care she remembers from her childhood.

She and her husband Jason opened Apotheworx in downtown Shreveport to better serve their local community with a more personal, patient-first experience. Through a membership-based model, Heidi brings pharmacy care back to basics—focused, accessible, and truly centered on the individual.

Outside of the pharmacy, Heidi enjoys cheering on her four kids at sports events and spending time in her garden.
